Ruth answered all my questions and did not pressure me into anything she made sure that I was always up to date on the numbers and went a step further in giving me options on money down or buying down the interest rate. Would highly recommend using her to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home.
Ruth was amazing to work with, from answering all of our questions and providing estimates for a myriad of options, to advocating for our best interests when we finally found our home after months of searching. Moreover, she made our financing process feel seamless compared to what I’ve heard from other homebuyers. The home buying process is scary, but Ruth helped us feel more confident every step of the way!
I cannot recommend Bob Williams and Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group highly enough. As a first-time home buyer, they were there every step of the way, able to answer any question and walk me through all the complexities of a mortgage. I was also able to lock in a great rate (and trust me, I compared!). Overall, any purchaser of a home interested in a mortgage would do well to consider Bob and Atlantic Bay.
Kerry Johnston is absolutely the BEST lender I have ever worked with! I just purchased for the second time with Kerry, and the process was so smooth and easy. Kerry is always available to answer questions, explain parts of the process, or even to brainstorm different possible scenarios for the loan. She's competent and efficient, yet very kind and patient. You won't find anyone better than Kerry!

Scott is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any assistance you may need to complete the process. He contacted sources who also helped along the way, and he reached out just to make sure I understood where we were in the process. If I had a question he would respond promptly and respectfully.
