The technician who serviced our furnace was excellent. Followed all Covid protocols. Very professional in his work, answered all questions, explained what he did and cleaned up when he was done. The technician also pointed out an issue with our water heater that had he not done would have caused major issues and damage if it hadn’t been pointed out and fixed by a plumber as soon as possible. I highly recommended Atlantic Pratt. I have been using them for years-they are consistently excellent.

When I lost heat about two years ago, during a very cold spell, I called my prior Heating Company that did not answer the phone nor have any Emergency Contact information. Desperate I called many heating companies in the area. Atlantic Pratt called me back almost immediately.
