I got an estimate from Travis to level and replace rotten wood under my pier and beam home. I paid him 1/2 his crew never pulled permits for the City nor did they do the work properly. As a matter of fact, My home was considered unlivable after Metro Leveling removed the main center support beam from under the structure by two Inspectors and another leveling company with over 50 years...

The contractor has not completed work. The 3rd party engineer did not clear work and we are currently still awaiting them to come out and complete work. We refuse to make final payment until work is certified by an engineer. To date that has not happened and work started over 6 months ago. We still have doors which stick and floor uneven.
