My daughter had an appointment, but we had to do a same day cancellation because her cat got sick and had to be put to sleep. Dr Aggarwal closed her file and refuses to see her because of the same day cancellation. We were told we would need to find another Cardiologist. I find this very unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Now we have to start over with our primary and get approval through insurance for a different Cardiologist which can take time, delaying any testing my daughter needs.
he's rude and talks to you like you are stupid his staff is very unprofessional they don't get back with you for weeks.
Dr. Aggarwal is very unprofessional. We set up a FaceTime interview that went well. I explained I was from VA and could start Dec 1st. He offered me the job and I accepted the job offer. So I started making plans to move from VA to CA having to find housing, a school for my daughter in, plane tickets etc. He sends an email to the recruiter who is handling my job offer stating that he found someone local and would now be declining my offer. I went in 20 minutes early, so that my appointment might start near time. My wife and I were stuck in a hot humid room until after an hour past the appointment time. That is when they moved us to a slightly less horrible room were we were promised the doctor would be in soon. Finally, we just left.
My experience has been that he is rude and condescending to his patients. One can be direct with a person without bullying or berating them. My mother was misdiagnosed with congestive heart failure and the diagnosis made it a requirement to get a letter from Dr Aggarwal, stating that she was able to have surgery she desperately needed for a different problem. As she had not make her last appointment, due to his office being on the other side of town and her lack of a vehicle, he refused to give her the letter and was cruel a... read more
