This office charges too many fees before placing the claim with the insurance company! And at my post-op visit, they charged me another $65, who charges for a post-op visit! Bad bad business! Also my mom tried to contact the office manager whom would never return her call!
Great on actual appointment!!! Problem is with whomever took my call the following day. I explained very clearly—sorry I don’t recall her name—thought I had already at home the anti-fungal cream prescribed by Dr. Stark. I did not, so I called back to request prescription and to have it sent to publix Cary Creek. I could tell the person seemed to have a difficult time understanding...however, I patiently repeated it multiple times. No follow-up at all and no prescription called in!!!
Very rudest at the "reception desk, unprofessional and totally unacceptable. If the receptionist have a problem handling patients of color, I would like yo be notified, so that I can take my health issues somewhere else.
