He explained everything he would be doing, and even gave us a recommendation on a different type of speaker setup than what we had originally purchased (which saved us lots of money and works better for the room). RecommendedI connected with Robert via Facebook in an effort to fix a problem another technician left me with. Robert called me and talked me through things and I believe the problem is fixed now. I did not pay him a dime!! He helped me work out this problem because he’s a good businessman and clearly knows his stuff.
