The overall file progressed nicely. A minorly "over" underwritten file but she did a good job clearing. I would say the funding process needs revised. We waited a good 45 minutes for the funding number. Never the best experience small talking for that long...

The technology is still a little cumbersome for both myself and your team. The systems are slow to respond. upload of condition is followed by long pause and brings me back to the top of the list. Too much of a lag between when the borrowers fully esign and your systems reflect that esign. A copy of the e-signed package to be available more quickly. Esign emails come quite frequently so reliance on emails causes us to recheck our system checklist after every email where a quicker update in yo

The only issue is your technology is complicated. It would be much better if the conditions page were simplified. Took me 3 X as long as other sites I've worked with to upload conditions. It would also be much better if you had a place in your doc viewer where I could view the most recent simplified conditions page that is emailed to me by the underwriter. File submission seems much more complicated than needed. I would check out the system used by Loandepot.com
