The communication was on point. We were up against the time clock with the Seller having a simultaneous closing on another property. There was also some additional info we required from the HOA. Despite the challenges, we closed in time. The Buyer, Sellers, and Agents are all very appreciative for Sarah Taylor’s, and the entire Bates Team, for their diligence and professionalism.
