Many of my buyer's have used the Bates Team on several occasions and mainly on challenged loans. The bottom line for me is they get the loan done and their communications are exceptional. We have been down the refi/buy process many times with several different companies. Only ONE other time (out of the many) have we experienced the level of service this group offers. Every email we sent was responded to within a half hour, most of which within 15 minutes. We were given different options to choose from and everything was explained easy to understand to help us make the best choice for our situation.
