I found Dr. Hansen when I was looking fora new podiatrist. He is terrific. Patient, spends times explaining what is going on, works to resolve the situation and had really helped me.
I randomly picked a Dr, not knowing where to turn with my foot pain. From the initial call to scheduling my procedures, the office and Dr Hansen were so wonderful. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment. Even being a new patient I felt like they all genuinely were there to help solve my problem. So happy with my choice.
He was quick to understand my problem in my foot. The x-rays clearly revealed lots of arthritis in my mid-foot area. Rather having an injection, he suggested a mild pain pill (meloxicam 7.5 mg) taken once/day to ease the pain. He also showed me a cleaver trick on how to lace my shoe to avoid extra pressure in that area. He has excellent bed-side manners.
