Run from this Lender my husband and I felt with Austin and Ryan since April and it was always one more document or one more thing we had to do I was up front and transparent from the get go that our credit would be a challenge here it is September and I told him to cancel the loan and he tells my husband after the fact that now we have gotten the go ahead to proceed. This company really put us in a financial pickle even worse than we already were

Austin really put a lot of effort into this for me. But, I didn't feel he had support from the company. There were holdups, delays, and odd requests that he was not involved with. There was a request for an "engineers certificate" on the foundation that the city, county, and state permiting offices had never even heard of. This document was not recorded ANYWHERE in the original loan nor in a 15 year old refinance.
