RecommendedWe love Dr. Michael Ding and the staff at this clinic. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ding since 2020 when we both need implants. He is very professional and skillful, for which we trust him and would rather drive 45 minutes one way for our visit. The front desk staff and his assistants are all friendly and efficient. We feel home there and would like to recommend Austin Aral Surgery to people who have similar needs.

Dr.Ding was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained the procedure well and answered all of my questions. However- I was not impressed with the office staff. The lady who checked us in was not a good first impression of the office for me. She was sarcastic and seemed annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing on her computer to check us in. A smile can really go a long way and she was lacking.
Dr. Ding has excellent communication skills and is the real deal. Even though I didn’t receive the news I wanted, I did receive his caring and honest opinion and that alone meant the world. He is not your typical Oral surgeon looking to make a buck and I truly appreciated his sincerity. The staff members are kind and welcoming - I definitely recommend!
