Not happy with dr Leland. Nurses and front desk staff excellent and professional and so sweet. Dr Leland was more annoyed with my worries and anxiety’s then Caring. I felt I was more of a nuisance when I expressed concerns. I also experienced a lot of pain after my procedure and was not treated with care.
The receptionist is very rude, treated us like third class citizens. I called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late, got there for the time. We waited over an hour to be seen. She kept telling us it be 10 minutes, she made the statement to a colleague that we showed up late and want to be first. I told her we called you ahead to let you know we’d be 15 minutes late. I can’t believe she would say something like that. My husband became upset because due to covid, we were sitting around people that was not six feet away. ... read more
