Horrible experience I told them i was paying out of pocket and they try to charge me more than what other people are get charged, for example my friend was going to get charged 1,700 for the exact same tooth but mine is 2,000?? What? I also saw them release a patient into his own care after he had been under.. What kind of dentists let’s your patient drive home after surgery. What a great place.
Well, You could start by fixing the front door that that won't open ( it sticks), and not overbooking. I was "examined" in a side office not in a regular examination room because there wasn't one available. That seemed very odd. The doctor came in and barely sais a word to me, and proceeded to look in my mouth. He seemed like he was in a real hurry as he scribbled down something on paper. RecommendedWonderful and positive experience with Dr. Szalay and his staff. I went in to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They provided written, very detailed and comprehensive post-procedure instructions that was such a huge help and resource for me. I did develop dry socket to one site but Dr. Szalay and his staff accommodated me for multiple follow-ups On the same day that I called and was able to treat and reduce my pain. Highly recommended.
RecommendedWe love Dr Fusilear. I just wish when asked if they could do xrays and I said my son just had them done that the ortho sent over that I wouldn’t have been ignored and charged for more xrays. Very disappointing.
I made an appointment and arrived on time. They checked me in and copied my insurance cards and I sat down. Nothing mentioned that the dr was running behind. After 45 minutes I got up and said I was leaving. No one seemed very concerned and asked when I would like to reschedule. I said I probably wouldn’t. Vague apologies were given. Very unprofessional front staff.
Temple location : 12/9 - the dentist just called my boyfriend and told him to tell me to stop posting reviews about this. He didn't call to ask about the pain ; he called to tell me to stop posting negative reviews. I wanted the dentist to see these and fix the problem with his team not responding well to patients when they call. The purpose of these is so that you can FIX the issues not cover them up.
