Easiest auto buying experience! I was in desperate need of a vehicle. My boyfriend and I stopped by AutoDot to take a look at their inventory. This was the second place we had been to that day. Great customer service 👏 Oz was the greatest salesman I have ever dealt with. He answered all communications courteously and expeditiously. Great job Auto Com. Ij was pleasantly surprised by the sales representative Oz at this dealership. I have always bought new cars and have heard such terrible things about "used car salesmen" but, this was the most pleasant transaction I've had in years. Highly recommend this dealer Just purchased my 2nd car from AutoDot. I went back because the 1st experience was good. Today's experience was even better. All the employees truly seem to enjoy working there which is a sign of great management. Their website is a great place to start & allowed us to narrow our search to 2 cars before we even arrived. You often don't reach a live person on the phone, but don't let that turn you off. You'll get a call back very quickly. I highly recommend this dealer.

A great overall buying experience My request for confirmation of availability of the advertised car was promptly and courteously responded to. The test drive scheduling, test drive and purchasing process were as easy and trouble-free as could possibly be. Jason was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The car was in great shape and they even filled the tank for me to drive it off the lot!
