Great Integrity, Professionalism, and Direct Answe Patrick Kennedy, Rep, remained transparent and available through the whole process. After being strung along by another company and frustrated I was already discouraged at the start. Patrick was my point of contact through the process and explained everything very clearly with great knowledge. I felt like he was working for me in the process. The process on the lender end was a bit delayed however I will not hold that over AUTOPAY, they done what they said they would.
