Overall satisfactory Don't get your hopes up but just be patient and respond quickly. Chelsea was amazing!! She kept me updated on all the processes. It may have taken longer than I expected cause some things did come up but waited patiently to find a refinance company with good rates and she definitely pulled through for me. Every little bit counts. Definitely recommend!!
Easy & quick!! This was so easy! I really appreciate being able to text with my liaison, my busy life makes it difficult to sit on the phone for a long period of time. I was able to quickly provide documents needed and my loan was funded in just a couple of weeks! My liaison was so helpful, nice, and informative!!! Lowered my monthly payment by over $100 I applied for autopay with a 600 score on Credit Karma, and 587 score Experian. I thought I wasn’t going to get approved, but I did. This was a seamless process. I liked that I could reach live representatives, and they were so helpful in getting me a lesser payment. I successfully refinanced my car, they cut a check to the original lender, and now I will pay the new lender just over $100 less a month saving me money.
