Awesome They were able to help me save money! They made it so easy and were so friendly!
Good for the most part The customer service team with AutoPay was great, made everything pretty clear and easy. I didn't know they're more of the middle man though as they told me the loan actually went thru a company called Exeter, who when I've called uses outsourced agents who are very lackluster and didn't seem to have customer friendly skills.
