Slow but good!!! The process was relatively painless and somewhat seamless. May be a state thing, but the notary issue was a bit of a pain and a little bit costly. Our representative was great and extremely prompt with answering any questions. Is it easier than going to a local bank and refinancing? Probably not and definitely not any quicker. The whole process took nearly 3 weeks, but I did get a great rate and the representative was amazing! So, 100% 5 stars
