Great Customer Service I wanted a lower interest rate and decided to give them a try. I worked with a gentleman name Justin who stuck with me through the whole process and kept me up-to-date each step of the way. Everything was mainly done electronically except for a couple of items that needed to be sent via FedEx (they paid for the shipping). It is somewhat of a lengthy process but was worth it being that they knocked my interest rate down by almost have a what it was before. I would recommend giving them a try!
