Great experience-highly recommend! I'm really glad I took the chance and checked Autopay out! I've been struggling to recover from an expensive move and needed to cut back wherever possible. My agent, Adam F is really cool, he calls when it's convenient for me and texts when it's not; and it always feels like I'm talking to one of my friends. Professional and understanding I had no trouble with the refinance. The guy I worked with was very informative and helpful. It took no time at all I was the one they had to wait on to finalize the paperwork because I work all the time and was having trouble getting the signing done. So over all they were fast and I was slow:) They were Very professional all the way through this process.
