Easy to Do I applied for the loan and my personal representative Lance was awesome. It was easy to do. I signed most of my documents through Docusign. I had send back a few other documents that they made it easy to do. They got me approved with a finance company with a cheaper payment every month.
Easy Process.. Got approved for the loan with a finance company for a cheaper car note each month. Signed all my documents through docusign and had to send a few other documents through fed ex but they made it quick and easy. My representative Lance was awesome and kept me informed with each step and answered all my questions promptly.
This was easy the cut my apr in almost half and I'm grateful. Heather was helpful and available for me.

Great customer service I was paying way too much for my car with a high APR and was looking for a lower rate. I applied and Bryson Harrington was the most attentive person, great service and was always available for any question I had throughout the process. Very satisfied with this attention.
Persistent and thorough I applied with them several months ago and even though they got me a deal, it wasn't much of an improvement from the loan I had, so I declined. Then, I got an email saying I had been preapprived for another refinance. So they ran my credit again and sure enough they found a lender that could save me $7k on my auto loan! Paperwork was simple and fast.
