Easy to apply for and what I wanted.. The loan was easy to apply for and my loan officer Chad was very quick and responsive in helping me figure out all the details.
Auto Refinance I want to thank Aaron Bradley who kept me in the loop for the whole application and approval process. Digital docs were easy to upload and the FedEx shipping slip was appreciated in sending the NM portion of paperwork. I hope that the CU that approved my loan will provide the same outstanding customer service that Aaron and Autopay have.
Great experience overall I got a rate that was less than half of my original APR and the customer service with Aaron was great! He was alwasy responsive to any questions I had and kept me in the know with what was needed on my end of things.
I applied for refinancing not even thinking that I would get an offer, but I received calls and emails from AutoPay saying that they could help me out. I had no idea how many documents I had to turn in to complete the process. But my agent, Connor, helped me through it. He was always communicating with me, answering any stupid questions that I had, telling me what the next step was, and what kind of requirements I needed on paperwork. It was a long and annoying process, but he made it easier! Thanks for all the help!
Beat all the big bank rates!. I currently had my older car at 10% with Ally but went to get a cheaper car now and they cut it in half! I do have the income to pay off the car early so maybe they gave me benefit of the doubt. I am in the process of all paperwork. Buying a car from a private person is MUCH MUCH more time consuming but other than that. I am happy!
