The service was superb! The whole process was great, since quote, to reservation, to pick up and delivery. Always very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company and driver 10 times fold.

Was a great experience 5 stars, pick up car ahead of time changed my date to one early at the last minute car was delivered ahead of schedule, will use then again
I shipped a 36.5' boat and full size pickup from Alaska to Washington earlier this month.. This required special accommodation at the port. Juan at Alaska AutoTransport (Autostar) was in direct and constant contact with both ports to ensure it all went quickly and smoothly. At the last minute I added a car to the shipment and Juan took it all on stride. Can't recommend this company enough!

I have used autostar transport express a couple times now. They have done outstanding both times. The driver went above and beyond getting the vehicle to me safe and right to my door!.

Autostar Transport was absolutely fantastic! My agent helped me get a surprisingly low price for my transit, and also helped me get a deal on loading more than the 100 allowed pounds.

Contacted AutoStar after reading several reviews online. The phone rep, Yasmine was great throughout the process; the company as a whole kept constant communication and never complained when asked to track our vehicle. The stress is high when transporting a vehicle and AutoStar took that away from the start. Our driver, Freddy, too, was outstanding from beginning to end; even suggesting removing some after-market car pieces that possibly would get damaged during transport! I had a good experience with Auto star. I needed a pick up truck delivered all the way across the country from California and it was not easy finding someone interested in coming to my small town. Alan stuck with me and eventually we changed the drop off point, but I found him to be honest and reliable. Everything worked out just the way he said it would. He gave me a reasonable price which I think was a better deal than driving across the country.
