Initial communication was mixed but after a couple of calls, everything was straightened out. The pickup and delivery was scheduled straight away and arrived super fast. Was made aware every step of the way. Small damage to vehicle in delivery but that?s on me. The seller assured me it could be transported by normal means. However the vehicle was low to the ground and made off loading difficult. Damage was limited to an $18 dollar part and was easily replaced. Would use them again as pricing and delivery time was amazing
