Montway was very good from the first contact to the end. The car arrived in Hawaii within the time estimate and in good condition. Also, Montway did not engage in pressure tactics. I contacted several other transporters, and some of them were very aggressive in trying to get me to decide before I was ready. I think Montway deserves the high ratings that other customers have given it and that I am giving it.

Montway transport delivered in time and safe ! My experience with them was great . The truck driver was in contact every day with me updating his ETA. Needed Toyota Highlander transported from Bridgewater MA to Charleston SC. Got a quote without giving all the personal info - good. Got a better quote after revealing to Montway Customer Support that I was considering two other competitors - good. Was allowed 100 lbs of belongings in auto - good. Got a false communication that auto was picked up ( strange, because I was driving it at the time) - not-so-good, but corrected same day - OK. Called Montoya late morning for an enclosed transport from Chicago to eastern NC. They were picking my car up at 5:00 that same day. The car arrived here two days later in perfect condition. Mint way really does live up to their high ratings!

Shipped 2 cars. One sports car with RT Transport, closed trailer and a 2nd car via Montway at the last minute. Arranged and shipped with Montway without a scratch. The other company RT Transport, the guy learched forward when turning the car on to back it onto a flatbed. It came out with debris on top and scratches on the front.
