Calling and setting up the transport was quick, easy and painless. Did have a mix up on my email address so confirmation was not sent right away, but just had to contact them on their live messenger on their website and it was sent right away. There service was great and the fulfilled on time and the driver who delivered my Mercedes was great and very professional. Will use again if the needs arises.

The driver Montway sent was a genuine professional who treated my truck like he would have treated his own. Setting up the pick-up was quick and easy, and they actually informed me when a driver became available a day prior to the beginning of the pick-up window, so I was able to get my truck at its destination only four days later, 2200 miles away. I would use Montway again if I had to transport my truck another time.

We had our car shipped from Florida to Massachusetts.It was easy to contact Montway with a few questions that I had. Monteay?s price was very reasonable and below what a few other carriers quoted us. Pick up was fine but driver tried to charge extra for bins of clothing that were in the vehicle, Montway allows up to 100 lbs. I assured driver that our clothes weighed substantial less than 100lbs. Surprisingly easy and efficient for someone who is completely unfamiliar with shipping vehicles. Communication was great. The company that fulfilled the order was excellent. Would recommend Montway Auto Transport and use again if the need arises.
