I wish they were little more communicative of where our car was in transit. Though every time I chat with someone online, they were very friendly.

There was a misstep in the pickup date due to issues finding a driver, and I had to call and ask, but was smooth sailing afterward. Pricing was competitive. The contracted driver was excellent in communicating progress; not sure how much of that to attribute to Montway vs. the driver. The Montway rep was a pleasure to work with and very responsive though.
