AutoStar was quick and efficient. They didn’t hassle me. Gave me a quote, was able to find a driver within a few days and delivery was within a few days after that. Quick and easy transaction. I would definitely use them again.

I was very hesitant about shipping our car via transport systems having read stories about issues customers were having with other companies however our experience with AutoStar was very good! They really know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They explained everything in detail and picked up our car and delivered it in perfect condition and were absolutely ?? easy to work with and came through as they said they would! I am impressed and highly recommend working with them.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Jack Weaver, the coordinator who helped me get the transport of my son's vehicle, was very on point with getting Shipping Experts, Inc. pick up my son's vehicle from CA and shipped to TX without any hassle. Communication was fantastic and the transport driver, Egor, also gave updates on the shipping status. AutoStar also has the lowest shipping quote in comparison to the 4 that I got. So, kudos to AutoStar for the most expeditious shipping and for the best pricing in town!

Originally I spoke to Noah. He did just what he said he was going to do and that was to follow-up with me. Noah did not harass like other companies did, nor did he make threats like "Oh if you don't purchase this deal right now, you won't get a transport". I spoke to Sara who transported my car and she made things so much easier for me and my daughter. She explained everything in detail, just as Noah did.
