The staff is absolutely 10/10 friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a cranky rude front desk receptionist like most doctors offices. The nurses and staff are just lovely people. Dr. Marks is fantastic, I’ve only seen him once but he’s my new favorite doctor. I don’t want to highly recommend because I want to keep them all to myself!
Whenever we happen to visit Avance Care , we find it a very pleasant experience because of the professional and truly empathetic attitude of the staff whether they are the doctors, medics or technicians. They all have a hand in making Avance Care among the best medical care providers.
Carinne has been so compassionate and understanding of my needs. She’s a super strong primary care provider - everything I would hope for in my pcp - keeping my care centralized and being my main source of support. Very grateful to have found her.
My first experience with Avance Care Psychiatry and Pain was this week and I could not have been more pleased. My initial consultation with Dr. Marks was conducted with concern, empathy, and respect. I believe these two disciplines must be coordinated for chronic pain; I was so pleased to learn of this practice and receive the expertise demonstrated at my visit.
Dr. Chilukuri is an experienced and hard working Doctor who know exactly what he is doing. The only problem I have with him is that he gets upset anytime I add extra weight. He then turn the session into a classroom questions and answer. Anyway,he has pushed me to continue to loose weight. He is generally a good Doctor.
Advance the specialist the best one with this company so far, win, win.
