Dr. Lam and Brandi Mayes, NP have provided me with excellent care. With multiple health conditions they have made sure I get appropriate referrals to specialists. One example is Ms. Mayes referred me for a kidney scan due to high blood pressure concerns. I was diagnosed with bilateral kidney stenosis. Thanks to the quality of care I'm confident my health will improve.

Wait times are minimal, and the nurses are efficient, prompt, and attentive in their interactions. Dr. Sara listens with genuine empathy and provides appropriate care. Furthermore, international patients can feel at ease visiting the clinic, as interpretation services are available via computer.

I’m following up on my review from last week. I want to personally thank Nicky, the Allergist Manager, for immediately reaching out to address and resolve my concerns. She was professional, fair, and truly took the time to listen. I really appreciated how quickly she handled everything. Because of her follow-up and professionalism, I will absolutely continue going to Advance for my weekly allergy shots.
