When you live in chronic pain you feel you are alone in this misery. Having a group of people to talk to who share similar thoughts and experiences makes you feel that you are not alone. It is helpful to talk with others and share experiences and we can learn from each other different ways to cope with pain .That alone makes a big difference. We support each other and it means a lot.
