Excellent staff and customer service. Jason Thomas is amazing at his job. He listens to every word the patient has to say; will go above and beyond to help them out. I highly recommend Avance Care to anyone who’s seeking a local healthcare provider. They’re the best.
Nicolle was so friendly when she came to my car to test me for COVID. Then Dr Godfrey did a television and this was the 1st time dealing with her and she was so very pleasent. Good group of gals there at this Advance Care.
We have had nothing but great experiences since we started coming here a few months ago! The office staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Thomas is wonderful! Breath of fresh air coming from our previous office!
Dr. Catchings has provided care for me for many years. She is like being with family. She listens and hears what I am saying and has always provided excellent care. I’m very thankful for her. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Michelle for being so gracious. Another one to Casey for always having a smile and warm, friendly disposition.
The staff is friendly. Susan Catchings has been my FNP for almost 25 years . She is attentive, caring, and always responds quickly to emails in the patient portal.
Convenient, quick and friendly. Doesn’t get any better than that.
The best office staff, nurses and physicians. I love them all so much. Mrs. Catchings is my hero and has saved my life! The staff feels like family! The care that I receive and my family is beyond words. Truly the BEST!!!!
