Dr. Brown told me he would get my pronouns wrong on first visit, provided me incorrect dosage on an hrt prescription, and forgot (his words) to tell me about a med that could have stopped undesired permanent changes to my body until 6 weeks after the fact when they had already begun. I addressed all of these things with him in-person and received no accountability. after reporting them in my patient feedback an auto reply said someone would reach out to me but no one did. do not recommend (staff was great tho).
Felt Doc evaluated my condition and explained the situation and his plan for treatment very well. Girls in front office were polte and helpful. Thank you
