I wanted to pass on a compliment from myself and my rheumatology team. I saw Micaela Burke, FNP-C at the Morrisville location, due to pain in my joints. When she saw me and viewed my symptoms, she treated me super efficiently, ordering tests, and making a referral to a rheumatologist. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Beena Patel, DO. The doctors, PAs, and nurses made sure to address my concerns and ensured it was patient-focused. The one thing I liked is that she used osteopathic manipulative medicine procedures on me to treat one of my complaints. The office is also very clean and didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend Avance care to anyone that requires care in the local area!

Overall an ok office for a routine visit. Nothing horrible but nothing outstanding either. They do need to be closely watched with their billing practices. My entire family went in for flu vaccines over several days. One person's birthday was entered incorrectly to the insurance company and thus the claim was denied. They claimed to have mailed a bill that was returned. Rather than picking up the phone to call to double check insurance or mailing information they give me a late fee. Dr. Thompson is one of the best GP doctors I have ever had. He is very caring; explains everything so I can understand; very personable; and he knows his stuff!

I was truly impressed with Advance Primary Care office in Morrisville NC. Everyone from the front door receptionist to the entire staff were extremely helpful and professional.
