I was able to make an appointment for right away, rather than wait weeks to see someone, my meds were ordered immediately, and my primary took the time to listen to my concerns and respond to all my questions. I didn't feel rushed like previous clinics that I have visited. Also it's comforting to know that I can reach out to my primary if I have questions that may arise between visits.

Dr Ivery is wonderful. She takes time to listen to every one of my problems, and because I'm 82 years old, I have more than my share of problems! Everyone at the reception desk and all of the nurses also are courteous, friendly, and really helpful.

The North Wake Forest Avance Care clinic is amazing! The online booking process was very easy, and someone called me immediately when the slot I signed up for was no longer available. I quickly rescheduled, and I was able to fill out all the new patient forms online. The waiting room at the clinic was comfortable, but it didn't matter because I was seen so quickly.
