I’m deeply disappointed by how this practice handled our newborn’s care. We came seeking compassionate, individualized pediatric support, but were instead dismissed solely because we chose to delay vaccinations after thoughtful research and discussions as a family. There was no attempt to understand our child’s unique health needs or engage in respectful dialogue—just a blanket refusal to provide care. When you first came to Charlotte I would give you a 10/10.. it’s not been long, you ran out our pediatric providers now you are running out the best doctors in Charlotte. I’m not sure how you got them in the first place but ever since you out sourced to people not in this continent things have been very very bad and I will follow my doctor.
