On the 1st visit the dr ask questions but refused to take my list of problems I had wrote down because I forget a lot of things. The Dr requested a few tests but one was denied by my insurance twice because of the symptom they used to request the test aren't even close to what we discussed at the visit. I feel she wasn't listening and I feel like I'm being medically gaslighted. Like they think I am crazy and like they think I am making this stuff up. Since my wife's neurology appt, our v-mails and emails have remained unanswered. I am very busy, and I cannot keep on top of other people's work. If this office is too busy to reply to patients, then we'll find another neurologist.

While the staff at this office go above and beyond to make your day and be kind, I’m disappointed in the medical services I received. Warning to all those in a larger body- DO NOT COME HERE. I had a follow up with my provider for RLS and it was apparent she did not look at my case before speaking to me. I have a history of an eating disorder (ED) and PCOS and this doctor continued to tell me to lose weight and that would fix my issues.
