This a very clean and well kept facility. Kristy was especially knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. With all the stress of moving, this was a breeze!

Title: By Far the Best Storage Experience I've Ever Had! I have been renting storage units for many years and in several different states, so I have a lot to compare it to. Kristi is so kind and was extremely knowledgeable. We started out wanting a 10 x 10 unit but she gracefully talked us into a 10 x 17. I have a small business so I know how hard it is to find great employees ( I tried to take her away from you guys and have her come work for me, but like the great person she is she politely declined stating she was very happy in her role with Avid and said you guys take care of her well). So kudos to that as well. Overall 5+ stars.

Kristy, the manager of the facility, is extremely wonderful to deal with and is very communicative. She handles a little communication error with my PODS delivery seamlessly and it was very appreciated. I would highly recommend storing with Avid Storage in SRB.

Christy was an expectional! She is extremely sweet and gave me everything I needed and told me everything I needed to know and some! I highly recommend Avid and their building is extremely clean and smells wonderful!
