KRISTYwas so helpful and making sure we had the right storage and discussing with us the sizes of each unit and the differences and the items that we would be storing. She also made sure we got the best deal and gave us one of the available promo codes. She has been very friendly and professional each time we’ve had interactions with her. We have told all of our neighbors about AVID storage and how clean the facility is and how helpful the managers are. Kudos to Kristy for all of her hard work and professionalism

Amazing customer service, walked in to look for two adjacent larger units and Kristy was so helpful! I have a unit at John Fayer and so does my sister . We are going to move those to AVID. I’d refer people here just for the ease and convenience of having Kristy there to help.

Kristy was super friendly and helpful. She took extra time to explain each unit option, took me through the property to explain logistics for accessing and moving into the storage facility, and walked me through the elements of the contract to ensure it was fully understood. And all of that was done with a smile and genuine interest in making sure our storage needs were met.

By my own mistake, I put my stuff in the wrong unit. I did everything online and got confused about the unit number. I was embarrassed. But, Kristy was so helpful and switched the lease to the new unit very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
