Kristi is so kind and was extremely knowledgeable. We started out wanting a 10 x 10 unit but she gracefully talked us into a 10 x 17. I have a small business so I know how hard it is to find great employees ( I tried to take her away from you guys and have her come work for me, but like the great person she is she politely declined stating she was very happy in her role with Avid and said you guys take care of her well). So kudos to that as well. Overall 5+ stars.

Kristy, the manager of the facility, is extremely wonderful to deal with and is very communicative. She handles a little communication error with my PODS delivery seamlessly and it was very appreciated. I would highly recommend storing with Avid Storage in SRB.
