Driver is the type of driver who swerves inside his lane. At 70 mph on NY roads is making me nauseous A few suggestions: #1 when dispatch assigned a driver and car for your trip, email or text that information to the customer. Having to call the dispatch and get the info can be hard in a noisy airport baggage claim. #2 give the customer detailed information about where to meet your driver. Worst limousine service in CT. They sent me a crashed vehicle. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my life.
