I had a very good experience with this dealership. At first, Jasin seemed a bit lonely because he would call me at night on a Friday. But once we established our boundaries, he provided fantastic service. All kidding aside, Jasin was great because he did not give me the hard sell. He was honest and straight forward. As a busy professional, this is exactly what I needed.

My son needed a new truck. The GEICO car buying service recommeded 3 dealerships to me. Avondale Nissan was one of them. I told Jasin Loop what my son wanted and he found it. We changed our minds a couple of times on options and Jasin did not complain but just did what I asked. Trudy had the answer to every question we had about the Leaf. She gave us information on how to access additional web sites for more Info on charging stations. and she has walked us through every step for getting a 240-volt charger installed for free at our home.
I had written a previous review and goofed. Our salesman's name was Jasin Loop (not Justin). Jasin was great. He was very honest with us, did an excellent job of explaining everything to us and answered all our questions with professionalism and in a very straightforward manner. We would recommended him to anyone!
We stopped into Avondale Nissan for Service on my son's 2011 Versa and after 6 months of trying to get our 2006 Minivan traded for a newer vehicle Avondale Nissan got us a new 2012 Nissan Sentra. Just purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue from this dealer. Mike Neal and Pat Laframboise were awesome! No pressure, just very helpful, honest, and friendly. They gave us plenty of time to check out vehicles and muddle through our decision making process, so I have to give them two thumbs up for making the car-buying experience very enjoyable. I love Avondale Nissan for their service, the best in AZ, in my opinion. In the sales department, well maybe I could have gotten a better deal, but it was my first vehicle purchase so I learned from my mistakes. Anyway the service is spectacular and the techs are magnificent. Even on their busiest days, I have been “squeezed in” between appointments, and love the free car wash (unlike ABC Nissan-ugh). PLUS, if I don't want to wait for my service, the shuttle takes me home (20 mi radius). This is awesome! LOVE it!!
From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have had with any dealership.
