THIS IS MY SECOND CAR GETTING FROM JAKE HE DID REALLY GOOD ON MAKING EVERYTHING CLEAR. AFTER BUYING MY FIRST CAR THE SECOND TIME MADE THE PROCESS EASY.
This was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Alex did an amazing job of answering all of our questions for both cars and making sure we got exactly what we wanted in the cars and pricing. We will definitely recommend this dealership and Alex to everyone we know.
Great Experience at Avondale Toyota Joel Gonzalez was very helpful in test driving Toyota Highlanders and identifying what we needed in a new SUV. We liked the Avondale's home delivery service that allowed us to complete the paperwork in our home instead of at the dealership.
We feel that both Elgin and Dino were very kind and considerate in their efforts to please and help us with our new vehicle purchase. Dino was very thorough and knowledgeable when going thru new vehicle features. We are very very happy and grateful for all the kind help that we received in our dealing with Avondale Toyota.
Alex was amazing!! After getting our keys I noticed a scuff mark on the door Alex buffed out the mark himself. He also explained everything very well!

Great experience. Transparent, easy to work with. They have a solid team here. Their sales floor layout is better than Camelbacks where they have 1,000 recessed can lights shining on your head in an open floor plan pressuring you to sign a deal as they refuse to give you real numbers. Valentino was up front, to the point and was willing to listen.
Alek was amazing throughout the entire process of buying a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. Came in a month ago looking for a the Hybrid crossover, Alek told us they are hard to come by, he kept us updated when new and used cars came in. We finally found one and signed papers on Valentine’s Day.
