Jake Fratt It’s been 3 months since Labor Day & on that day we purchased a van for my retired mom. This would be our second purchase from Avondale Toyota but my 4th visit/purchase to the dealership. We were introduced to Jake due to our original dealer not being there that day plus he was promoted to a finance manager however, Jake did a phenomenal job. Impressive dealership with an even more impressive salesman I was in search of a vehicle that can handle rough winters, but didn't fully understand the specs of all cars Toyota had to offer. Jake took time out of his day off to walk me through not only what I should be looking for, but what each vehicle available can provide. He has a wealth of knowledge combined with superior customer service skills. No other car-buying experience has compared to this one, and I don't think one will.
Painless experience This was an easy process with a very knowledgeable sales staff. The no haggling made it an actual positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great people My family has now bought three vehicles from Jake Fratt at Avondale Toyota. Every interaction has been wonderful. Jake is helpful and genuine and great at building rapport with his customers. Everyone knows that the buying process can be long and tedious, so having a dynamic people person who is honest and upfront helping you through the process is important. First time car buyer I always drove by this dealer waiting for the right car to be displayed that I wanted. I went 2 weekends ago because I was interested in a car, kinda scared because I know nothing about buying something like this and all the responsibilities it comes with. Best in Valley After visiting 5 dealerships that were less then 1 star, this place impressed me. The service was personal one on one, no hidden fees and the same awesome sales associate the entire process. Alex was great, honest and friendly. This was the first dealership that I had a fantastic experience with.
