Great Experience Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I was extremely stressed at first because I had a little hiccup on my credit but Jake was able to put my mind at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was relieved to learn I would only have to deal with him because he's both the sales and finance manager. A pressure-free experience I really wasn't sure what I wanted. Scheldon was patient and never made feel pressured to make a decision. He was very transparent and make sure I understood how the process worked. The best part about my experience is that Scheldon was funny and inviting. He cared more about helping me than making a sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Excellent Customer Service Sheldon Ward was a pleasure to work with. All is great until Maribel was awesome... The Financial Mgr not so much. I have purchase four vehicles in my lifetime through dealerships. This fourth time was a lease. Seemed painless and relatively seemless until my credit reports were pulled for the third time. Or rather attempts were made as I have blocks/freezes to prevent random pulls without my expressed knowledge. Relaxed. No pressure to buy he was honest and did not try to sell me on anything i didnt need. he is a mechanic at heart so he was helpful in explaining the functions of each vehicle.
Trade-in Luis made the process extremely easy and was really patient throughout multiple days of test drives and negotiations. We made several trips and changed our minds multiple times

Excellent experience! Luis was nothing but professional and patient throughout the whole process! Even after our purchase, he made it a point to let us know he was available to answer any questions we might have. Avondale Toyota will be honest and upfront with you when you are buying from them and they don't have other people involved in your purchase, only you and your sales rep, that's it.
