"Outstanding Customer Service" Elgin Castro!!! I made an appointment in advance with Elgin Castro. Buying a car can be stressful at anytime but on a Saturday at 12:00pm. The showroom was packed which says allot about this dealership. Elgin was on time and proceeded to show me the vehicles I was interested in. Awesome Service Great experience. Stew made you feel comfortable & not pressured. He didnt try to push just anything on me.He knew what i wanted & did all he could to give me the best deal.I felt he gave me honesty & he was patient with me. He was recommended & I will do the same.He even came in on hIs day off to help me which was much appreciated.
