Goes above and beyond! They really want to help! The dealership is very clean and caters well to customers! It took us 2 weeks to find the vehicle we wanted, it was our first time ever buying a car and we were lucky enough to get Mark and Roberto. The way car buying should be!! I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago that left my car totaled so I needed a new one and fast. I went to Carmax and looked at a Toyota Corolla 2011. It seemed way overpriced but I thought I'd check out the numbers anyways. The interest I was offered was ok, not the greatest and had to add additional warranty. Scottie Williams review on customer service. My husband and I were met by Scottie and he was very interested in helping us with getting the truck that Will wanted. He did all that was necessary to get us out within a reasonable time and we drove out with the truck we wanted, He was helpful, friendly and did a great job for us to be pleased with out experience at this dealership. Very professional . The way you liked to be treated Very friendly and ease of doing business was first class. Dealership displays there lowest price so no hassling or dealer trying to upsell you on dealer added products which are over priced. Would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Only wish all dealerships would conduct themselves this way.

Excellence At its Best, Fair, Kind and straight forward. Yesterday my wife and I bought a new Corolla Sport 2015. Prior to going to this dealership we went to two others first a Kia dealership where they were like vultures. We sat in the car and the sales team started congregating by my driver side door waiting for me to get out (needless to say we left very quick). 2nd We went to a Nissan dealership the sales guy was nice, but we were there for 3 hours being haggled by the sales manager. Rav 4 †o Go This was our first experience dealing with Avondale Toyota. We live in the ShowLow area in north eastern AZ. Terry Repovsch on Friday morning, The deal on a 2015, Rav 4 Limited was completed on the following Monday morning. We met Terry in Payson, Had lunch and drove home in our new Toyota. Terry, Was very helpful in every way, He kept us informed and listened and answered all of our questions. I will say that this was, The easiest buying experience ever.

Scion XB Purchase Today I purchased a 2015 Scion XB. I came in just for an oil change on my old car and walked out with a new one. I am so ecstatic about my new car! Scottie Williams is an awesome salesperson. He was professional, patient, and answered all my concerns with heartfelt honesty. This is the fourth Toyota that I have purchased at Avondale Toyota Scion, and with employees like Mr. Williams plus outstanding maintenance service I'll definitely keep coming back. Highlander They went out of their way to help us get just what we wanted. They ordered the Highlander we wanted colors and all. We have bought from them before and really take care of us and our family. Very very helpful, tried to find what we wanted but couldn't so they gave us options that we didn't like so that is why they ordered it for us and got it in record time only 3 weeks.

Toyota XSE Purchase This is my second recent experience with Avondale Toyota, both were excellent. I was greeted by a host not a salesperson and referred to who I requested. My sales/finance manager listened to every request and handled my indecision between models professionally and with humor. It was my first experience with Tommy Severado a few months ago after buying a car then that brought me back for a second. Open pricing and fair trade-in negotiation made the deal a cinch.
