No hassle and no pressure. The experience was straightforward and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process. At no point did I feel like someone was trying to sell me on something that wasn't beneficial. Way better experience than other dealerships I've been to.

This was my first time getting a Toyota. Scottie made the process easy and told us that we were lucky to get a RAV4 in Lunar Rock because they were rare. He kept us up to date on the process from Allocation to fraught to delivery! 5 Stars!
