We are under contract on a fairly large property, so the fact that Axium was able to send out two inspectors made the process go so fast! Both Sean and Kyle did such a fantastic job of explaining the process of the inspection, and what to expect. They also did a great job of going through photos and each point of the home! We were just thrilled. We also received our report in a timely manner!
