Got us everything we needed over the phone and had it all ready for us. Al is an excellent person to work with. He loaded everything for us as we are elderly also what a wonderful person.

Today, my aunt and myself, we’re on a mission to purchase a bed and other items for our Aunt Charlene who fractured her hip and broke her femur. My mom’s Golden Lift Chair was working very erratically this afternoon. It wouldn’t go into full zero gravity. I called and spoke to Al at about 3:15pm. He walked me through a reset process, but even that didn’t help. After some discussion, he suggested we try a new remote. They had one in stock, but were closing in 45 minutes. Got there, made the purchase and back home in just over an hour. New remote took care of the issue! Thank you Al for taking such good care of us!
