Today, my aunt and myself, we’re on a mission to purchase a bed and other items for our Aunt Charlene who fractured her hip and broke her femur. Immediately as we entered into this business Marjorie, greet us with a warm smile. She listened to our needs and helped us decide on what we needed. She even let me see if the wheel chair we purchased would fit in my trunk, before we purchased it. My mom’s Golden Lift Chair was working very erratically this afternoon. It wouldn’t go into full zero gravity. I called and spoke to Al at about 3:15pm. He walked me through a reset process, but even that didn’t help. After some discussion, he suggested we try a new remote. They had one in stock, but were closing in 45 minutes. Got there, made the purchase and back home in just over an hour. New remote took care of the issue! Thank you Al for taking such good care of us!
