Loved the variety of Elec carts/chairs/scooters to choose from for my folks ... Jennifer was delightful in her expertise and suggestions which was spot on which was very comforting ... I wanted to surprise my Mom w it and they offered to deliver it b4 my folks even move into Atria next week so that it will be there upon their arrival ... what a win win ... and they maintain the equip so very good experience as a new resident in AZ 👍
Mommy and I had a real nice experience while picking out our light weight wheelchair. All the associates were great. Jennifer especially. She helped us waltz out the door to our car with it. Mommy thought I was going to fly off her lap since i'm only 4 pounds and we were going so fast. We managed to stop and get it in our car, than sailed home. Yea!
Had my BPAP machine taken when they stole my rental car. Went 3 night with out one. Bought my new machine form Sara and Mike. GREAT people and OUTSTANDING customer service. had a great nights sleep last night. Will use them from now on for all my DME needs.
