Ambience is immersive - this is a dining experience. Service is thoughtful without being fussy. The food, however, is the star of the show, and the menu is an embarrassment of riches. The venison as a entree was perfectly done, and would have worked just as well as a dessert. The wine list is excellent with some adventurous choices, though the bulk does stick to Californian standards.
It was a wonderful night with great food and service. The descriptions of the food and the choices were superb. The filet was perfectly done.
A birthday celebration at a favorite place. Consistently excellent food & service quality bring us back - time and again to this chic environment. This is a great restaurant & team - it is a reference of excellence to compare with any major city in the country. Enjoy!
Very good! Service and food was great- only issue was we took three deserts to go- and the ice cream on one or two didn’t get in out to go bag! Desert was good- but it was missing the ice cream.

Went for Valentine’s Day with my wife. We enjoyed a great dinner with exceptional service.
We went to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The wait staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the variety of wines. Our food was outstanding. Couldn’t have picked a better restaurant foe her celebration.
Bacchus never disappoints. It is one of my favorite places for fine dining in Milwaukee. It seems like it could be stuffy- but the character of staff and their friendly service are anything but. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here on valentines day! We had great service and the place was very romantic. The perfect date.
